Bridging the worlds of high performance and deep healing

welcome

My story

I’ve spent my life moving between worlds—luxury and simplicity, ambition and alignment, boardrooms and barefoot walks by the sea. As a third-culture kid who’s lived in eight countries, “home” has never been a place but a feeling: deep connection with self, others, and the natural world.

For over a decade, I built extraordinary experiences for royalty, global leaders, and household names. I orchestrated private gatherings in places that touched the sky, created luxury moments most only dream of, and even earned a Guinness World Record. By all external measures, I had “made it.”

Yet behind the scenes: breakneck speed. Sixteen-hour days. Living out of my car between events. Success looked dazzling on the outside, but inside I was unravelling.

Adrenal fatigue. Burnout. Endocrine disruption.

My body told the truth I had been ignoring: I was abandoning myself.

That reckoning became my turning point. Today, my work is a homecoming—spaces where leadership, healing, and community meet. Where success no longer demands self-sacrifice, but invites us back into wholeness.

Some remnants of my past life

The Journey

The Pivot: From Burnout back to Wholeness

I don’t believe in fixing people—because I don’t think we were ever broken to begin with. We just forget. Forget our natural rhythms, our connection to ourselves, each other, and the planet. My own healing journey wasn’t about finding a guru or subscribing to a single path—it was about collecting tools, trying them, discarding what didn’t work, and integrating what did. Over the years, I became a wellness certification junkie—not to collect accolades, but out of curiosity and a hunger to understand. I’ve invested much of my savings into personal growth, not to master something, but to become a better student.

Now, I share what I’ve learned—not as an expert with all the answers, but as a fellow traveler carving a path off the beaten road. My work isn’t about telling people how to live, but offering tools that helped me, in case they might help you too. A dear friend often talks about seeing the world through borrowed eyes, and in many ways, that’s what I hope to offer—reflecting back the beauty, strength, and wisdom that may have been dormant, forgotten, or simply waiting for the right moment to be remembered.

These days, my life looks different. The red-soled designer heels have been traded for bare feet in the sand. The luxury SUV for an e-bike. The endless social calendar for Friday sunset walks with my family. My work is no longer about external experiences—it’s about guiding others back to their internal landscapes, to the wholeness that lingers just beneath the noise, patiently waiting to be rediscovered.

I now live between La Union, a surf town in the Philippines, and Bali, where the ocean hums and life slows down enough for you to hear yourself again.

Becoming isn’t about adding layers—it’s about peeling them back until all that’s left is truth.

The Courage
to Speak

Public speaking still makes my heart race—but I’ve learned that a shaky breath can be the start of a powerful story. From guiding leaders in telling theirs, to exploring every form of storytelling, to honing my craft with Toastmasters in Bali and saying yes to every invitation to speak—maybe even TEDx this year—I’ve discovered my voice isn’t just mine. I am a vessel for the words that want to move through me.

Every stage, every room, every conversation is a chance to let those words land where they’re needed most.

Let’s Tell Stories Together

The Work That Moves Me

I believe in leadership that honors both power and presence, ambition and integrity, structure and surrender. Success should never come at the cost of self-abandonment. Healing isn’t about fixing—it’s about reclaiming what’s always been yours.

At its core, my work is about guiding people back to their own wisdom—through deep conversation, embodied movement, and the simple act of holding space. Healing isn’t just personal; it ripples into how we lead, connect, and move through the world.

Right now, my own path is ever-evolving. This year, I’m deepening into Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, Quantum Human Design Coaching, Permaculture Design, Korean Herbology, and Buddhist Philosophy—threads that remind me how personal transformation is inseparable from the greater ecosystem we belong to.

When I step away from coaching or study, you’ll likely find me dazzled by my daughter, dancing under the stars with silent-disco headphones (playlist by my husband), geeking out on Dr. Andrew Huberman’s neuroscience insights, or in awe of the body’s infinite wisdom.

More than anything, I want my work to feel like an exhale. A return. A homecoming. A space to unfurl—where you can finally land, softly, and listen to the parts of you that have been waiting to be heard.
